ROUND AND SHADOWS. ROCHA´S CARTOON

In Mexico the Revolutionary Institutional Party (PRI) and National Action (PAN), the parties that support the neoliberalism and the impunity of impose an spurious government like the one of Calderon are joining to win again in the Federal and local elections of July 5th of 2009. This is the cartoon that represnt the simulated fight between them but the shadows indicate their actuation together to get more power in the government, more impunity and of course a more poor people in Mexico.
